- All quotes are good for 20 business days.
- All orders require a Purchase Order number.
- Most products are shipped and will incur shipping charges.
- All returned checks will be charged a $25 Return Fee.
- No returns will be accepted on printed, washed, customized or decorated merchandise.
- All Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
- Other returned items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- A SERVICE CHARGE OF 1.5% PER MONTH WILL BE ADDED TO ALL PAST DUE AMOUNTS.
